The smooth check-in along with the POLITE staff. Big rooms. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

The reason we liked it was nice amenities and people. Our standard twin room had heating, TV and a writing table. The hotel's staff was great! The place is 1 km away from Fort Augustus downtown. It was a cosy base for, wonderful stay.
